This is the digital home of Tamika Hodges — a strategist, creative architect, and pastor who builds transformational systems for people called to build with intention.
This site is the hub for a wider ecosystem — The LEEG, Sistah Fast, Open & Seek, LEEG Tax Prep, and The Weighting Challenge — and a space for the writing, speaking, and frameworks that flow out of it.
It is built for a particular kind of person: the leader who has more interests than the world told them was wise, the believer who refuses to separate faith from execution, the founder who wants structure without losing soul. If you are building a life, a business, a habit, or a body of work and you want it to last, this is written for you.
Tamika’s work moves between structure and the Holy Spirit — designing systems, shaping ideas, and forming people. Her conviction is simple: strength and honor are not accessories; they are structure. Build in sequence. Remain anchored. Build what does not yet exist.
